How secure are my proposals and personal informations?

All connections to Proposeo are encrypted using 256bits SSL. This means no one can intercept communications between you, or your customers, and our servers.

Your customers receive a private link to open their proposals, ensuring only them can access it.

We also try our best to provide a secure, reliable storage of informations, with both daily and weekly backups.

What about credit cards security?

We do not store any credit card number on our servers, all transactions are handled by our trusted provider Stripe. Even in the case of an accident on our part, your payment informations are safe.

Can I change my plan after purchase?

You can switch plans at any moment you want. Unused credit will be used to pay for your future bills, or you can ask for a refund according to our refund policy

Do you provide pre-made templates for specific industries?

Not at the moment, but this is on our to-do list.
